While translating the file cyphesis-cpp, I encountered the following typos, which I thought you might like to eliminate in a future release.

For further configuration informations please read /usr/share/doc/ cyphesis-
cpp/README.Debian.

"information" is a mass noun, already plural, like furniture and water. You can't count it. You can count individual pieces of furniture and litres of water, and pieces of information, but you can't count the general term. So it doesn't have an "s" on the end.

"For further configuration information, please read..."

Cyphesis-cpp can use a local postgresql server over unix sockets instead
over network. The database server don't needs to listen to the network then.
This is recommended for local usage as it's thought to be more secure.

"instead of over a network"

"a" meaning "one general [thing]"; "the" means "one specific [thing]"

"The database server doesn't need to listen..."

I do I don't I do need I don't need
you do you don't you do need you don't need
he does he doesn't he does need he doesn't need
she does she doesn't she does need she doesn't need
it does it doesn't it does need it doesn't need
we do we don't we do need we don't need
they do they don't they do need they don't need

As you can see, the second verb (need) doesn't change at all.

In order to use cyphesis-cpp you must have access to a postgresql server. The server does not have to be installed on the same host as cyphesis- cpp but it has to be reachable over network and you have to have access to it.

"over a network"

Cyphesis-cpp can use the metaserver of the Worldforge project to announce it to the world. Players will detect your server automatically when starting
their client.

"announce _it_" in this case means "announce the Worldforge project". If you want it to mean "announce cyphesis-cpp", you need to refer back to the subject:

"Cyphesis-cpp can use the metaserver of the Worldforge project to announce itself
to the world."

"self", here, refers back to the subject of the sentence, the person or thing doing the job.
