It is. Additionally, the swedish translation of clamav-data is incomplete in the sense that the translator never replied to my request given in bug #491940 to look at clamav-getfiles' translations as well. It makes sense to update -data and -getfiles together and I won't do double work, so the swedish translation is going to stay out until I definetely know that swedish clamav-getfiles is up-to-date as well. You might want to go ahead with the clamav-data NMU, but it will be overridden with the automatic version on the next maintainer upload. So the correct way to do things is not to ignore the package's maintainer and to actually answer his questions.
