It seems that headers of /usr/bin/tkcvs, /usr/bin/tkdiff and

As written in wish manpage, correct header are:
#!/bin/sh
# the next line restarts using wish \
exec wish "$0" "$@"
In that case scripts will work with any version of wish, not only wish
8.5.
That's true, although it doesn't actually work with all versions of
wish.
I'll look into fixing it so that you can choose either 8.4 or 8.5.
However, I don't think this counts as an 'important' bug. It does not
affect the usability of the program in any way at all. Or have you
found a problem as a result of it?
