Your suggestion is sound. Can you please show me a situation where usbmount is failing to point to the right location (I have never seen it before, as I have just adopted this package)? If possible, it would be more desirable to create the symlink correctly than to remove the symlink (which would a reasonable workaround, but the former solution would be preferrable).
