Package: stardict-plugin-espeak Version: 3.0.1-4+b1 Severity: important If disable the plugin through gconf-editor (key: /apps/stardict/manage_plugins/plugin_disable_list) then stardict starts normally without Espeak 1.0 plugin enable. Other plugins can be successfully enable/disable via UI. So, seems the problem's within stardict-plugin-espeak rather then stardict itself.
