Package: apt Version: 0.5.28.6 Severity: wishlist Tags: l10n I'd like to remove apt's Hebrew translations. The reason is that there is no RTL support in the console, so people with Hebrew locale just see the messages in reverse order (for Hebrew text hello is seen as olleh).
Because of that, the translation is small - 81 strings. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-2-686-smp Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages apt depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-22 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:4.0.0-9 GCC support library ii libstdc++5 1:3.3.6-6 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
