according to our coders, this assertion indicates a driver bug. Was the Mesa OpenGL driver updated recently? It might be a good idea to contact one of their maintainers/coders. Also, the Mesa driver probably does not give you the best OpenGL performance for your system. If there are any (possibly proprietary) drivers available for your system (ie.
