I maintain that it *is* data loss. PrtSc is a single unmodified key press. It's not so hard to press by accident. I pressed it and it made htop(1) die not realizing it would happen. For each person who has a problem and complains, there are many, many people who have the problem and do not complain. So I am sure there are many people who have shot themselves in the foot by accident and not told us.
