/usr/share/java/protobuf.jar -> protobuf-2.0.0beta.jar

The link should point to protobuf-2.0.1.jar. I tried uninstalling the
package, noticed the symlink disappears, and then tried reinstalling
the package, it reappeared as remained wrong.

Maybe using javahelper in the package build process will help avoid
this bug in the future.

regards,

Richard.
