Package: bind9
Version: 1:9.5.0.dfsg.P2-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable (uninstallable)

The latest bind9 upload declares a dependency on lsb-base >= 9.2.14,
which does not exist. Did you perhaps mean >= 9.2-14, with a hyphen
in place of the second dot?
