Package: distcc
Version: 2.18.3-8
Severity: minor

Hi,

The manpage fot distcc says that the --allow option is optional, and if
not supplied then any client can connect. However if you start distcc
without any --allow options you receive the following error:

Restarting Distributed Compiler Daemon: distccddistccd[4320] (main) ERROR:
--allow option is now mandatory; you must specify which clients are allowed to
connect

It is a minor issue, but it can be a little bit confusing.

Cheers!
