Hi Thomas

I was trying to reproduce this problem again but could not do so. I
guess this was triggered by some slim corner case (the output did
indicate some corrupted ogg header, I guess -- but I have no idea how to
corrupt some data on an mtp device so no prov for this).

If I'm seeing this again I'll tell you.
