Could you please change your /etc/hylafax/config.ACM0 adding ServerTracing: 0x0FFFF SessionTracing: 0x08FFF
then stop hylafax, kill all fax processes (if any), start hylafax and send a new fax? Then please check again syslog and send me all debugging information you should hopefully find there.
