Package: xserver-xorg-input-wacom Version: 0.7.9.3-2 Severity: normal
I use a number of binds on these buttons to make them bindable in my window manager, for example: xsetwacom set pad Button1 "core key ctrl alt PageDown" However, when using this version of the driver (I previously had homebuilt linuxwacom drivers which were fine, but not for some reason don't install...), pressing the pad buttons which have keys assigned kills the whole X server. The following may be relevant: [20:25:24] bucko(tank) ~$ dpkg -l wacom-tools ii wacom-tools 0.8.0.2-2 utilities for Wacom tablet devices The bug also manifests on wacom-tools 0.7.9.3-2, however. The final message in the log is: Fatal server error: Impossible keyboard event -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (700, 'stable'), (600, 'testing'), (100, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-amd64 Locale: LANG=en_GB.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_GB.utf8) Versions of packages xserver-xorg-input-wacom depends on: ii xserver-xorg-core 2:1.4.2-6 Xorg X server - core server xserver-xorg-input-wacom recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
