The BTS isn't really the right place to bring security problems in packages to the attention of the Security Team; it's more for issues with the distribution of security updates. There's more information in the Developer's Reference on how to handle a needed security update in your package (http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/pkgs.html#bug-security). Looking at the package's upload history, I'm assuming this bug still exists in the version of awffull in etch?
