Thanks for the bug report.
I'm re-assigning it to libwww-perl (which includes LWP::UserAgent)
because that's where the message comes from.

If I read the code there correctly LWP::UserAgent works with either
IO::Socket::SSL or Net::SSL (from Crypt-SSLeay) but the message
mentions only the latter.

I guess we should patch the output in lib/LWP/UserAgent.pm to mention
both modules (and add libcrypt-ssleay-perl to Suggests in
debian/control, which must have been there once according to
debian/changelog).
