This sounds as really really good news!   :-)))
At last, a DFSG-free LaTeX2HTML exists!  Yay!  :-D

A big thanks to anyone involved in this (long, but successful) process:
especially to Roland and to upstream copyright holders!

Now, it seems that the only thing left to do is packaging the new
version and uploading it to Debian, while moving the package from
non-free to main!
I hope Roland can do this soon.
