Galeon is end of life since years. :-/

I documented the major regressions of the xulrunner 1.9 port in
2.0.5-1's NEWS.Debian file; printing wasn't known as a regression to
me, so it's not in the list, but quite certainly happened at the same
 time.

Status is that very little upstream work happens on Galeon, mostly
merging of contributed fixes and trying to keep the source building.

I'm happy to forward fixes contributed in Debian upstream and/or
merging them in the Debian package, but I'm not personally chasing this
particular issue or doing any kind of upstream work on Galeon at the
 moment.

If you care about Galeon, consider helping upstream with its
development. Non-developers should consider looking for a replacement
such as Epiphany or Firefox though.
