Error number: 0x41 (LDAP_OBJECT_CLASS_VIOLATION)

Backend is slapd and configured with loglevel 4096
The following error is seen in syslog:
slapd[10015]: Entry (cn=user,cn=Group,ou=MYOU,dc=int,dc=domain,dc=com), 
attribute 'uidNumber' not allowed
