I didn't see any other bugs filed for this, so no clue if this is
already being worked on or whatever. This version of virtualbox-ose
was just released today to unstable, seemingly as a fix for bug 499623
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=499623). However, it
doesn't have any corresponding pre-compiled kernel module package like
1.6.2-dfsg-6 does, so it cannot load any virtual machines due to a
version mismatch. From VBox.log:

I'm not using module-assistant, so I just downgraded to 1.6.2 from
lenny for the time being.
