Package: libc6 Version: 2.7-13 Severity: normal
Hello there, Now that lenny is frozen shouldn't glibc depend to a newer (2.6.26) kernel version? Currently, MIN_KERNEL_SUPPORTED is set to 2.6.9 and (as you know) leaves out some newer features. Apologies if this is nonsense. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (150, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-v2-v (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libc6 depends on: ii libgcc1 1:4.3.1-9 GCC support library libc6 recommends no packages.
