I propose that reportbug-ng shows links to websites for better
bugreports for certain packages.
E.g. when filing a bug against the kernel there could be a popup window:
"Please have a look at http://wiki.debian.org/DebianKernelReportingBugs.
There you will get information how to file good bugreports against the
Kernel."
I'm quite sure many people would like to give better bugreports but just
don't find such helpful pages as the above mentioned. I guess similar
pages do exist for other big projects, too.
Further there could be a general link to
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting.
