...wouldn't be possible to install a crontab that hourly CHECK for
updates rather than copying files from one place to another into the
disk? I mean it is possible to avoid a cron job that copies files
obtained MANUALLY from the freepops site? I am asking this feature
since it seems to me that making only local copies is time wasting: I
would prefer to use the CPU time to check for upgrades in a remote
site...
