I generated a .csshrc file by running cssh -u > ~/.csshrc. This file contains the line: ssh_args= -x -o ConnectTimeout=10 I then ran: cssh -l root -o '-o ConnectTimeout=45' server1 server2 server3 server4 I expected my command line option to override the .csshrc option, however, I experienced timeouts in less than 45 seconds.
