Package: brasero Version: 0.8.0-3 Severity: minor Starting Brasero with the -g option it complains about not finding readcd cdrecord and mkisofs as can be seen from [1].
These binaries used to be provided by the packages mkisofs und cdrecord. These packages still exist as obsolete dummy packages and install symbolic links to the new binaries readom wodim and genisomiages which are provided by the packages wodim and genisoimages. Installing these packages makes the errors go away. Brasero should not depend on these obsolete binaries and should not complain if they do not exists. I do not know if this causes any problems during normal operation, as I am affected by an other bug in brasero, that makes it totally useless for me, but that is another story...
