It was what I was doing (checking or not the box and then restart Zim).
I solved my problem with this procedure :
Removing : ~/.cache/zim/ and ~/.config/zim/
un-checking the box about CTRL+Space,
and restarting Zim
I'was using Zim since two years with the same config files.
