Package: googleearth-package Version: 0.5.4 Severity: normal File: /usr/bin/make-googleearth-package
When building googleearth package, the value of DISPLAY gets substituted into the generated MIME entries. This means that when X was not running on the machine at the time of build (DISPLAY being unset), the MIME entries in the generated package will not start googleearth because the tests (test "" != "") will always fail. I would suggest replacing in the function make_mime_entry() the here document "cat <<EOF >googleearth" with "cat <<'EOF' > googleearth" so that all quotes will be retained and no variable substitutions will be done.
