Well, I think that *sometimes* spending a lot of time on small updates happens to be part of the l10n coordination work. Frans, maybe someone else from the Dutch l10n team would volunteer to complete the file? That would only need you to quickly review his|her updates to check they're inline with your translation style, which would anyway save you some work. Just a proposal, indeed.
