I just took a look at the relevant code, and patching this seems really easy (just change line 269 of bin/fai), but does it really make sense to set $HOSTNAME to something else, or should we add some safety-net like testing for a chroot or the like?
Another related note: -u/--hostname is not documented in the usage() function. Best, Michael
