Without checking the server, I'd guess it's because ikiwiki uses the Net::OpenID::Consumer perl module, which only supports openid 1.0. Most systems that support openid 2.0 can fall back to 1.0, I think, but apparently this one doesn't do delegation in a way compatible with 1.0. -- see shy jo
