IIRC, the reason these aren't translated is that this is not just a
yes/no prompt. Users have a number of available actions they can take:
Y - confirm
N - abort
R - resolve dependencies (if they are broken and automatic resolution
is disabled)
D - toggle showing relevant dependencies in the package list
V - toggle showing versions in the package list
S - toggle showing size changes in the package list
I - show a package's information (like 'aptitude show')
C - show a package's changelog (like 'aptitude changelog')
W - show what manual packages (transitively) depend on a package.
(like 'aptitude why')
E - Switch to the curses UI.
(plus a few which are clearly unproblematic)
Translating just Y and n seems likely to produce problems. Would it
make sense to translate all of these? I suppose that it's ok if the
English version of the documentation gets this wrong (and anyway, users
can always type "?" to get more help).
I think this is a post-lenny bug, though, since it will require
translation updates to make it work in all locales.
