I have no need for an inetd-like service on this (vserver) system, so
there isn't any inetd.conf file. The init.d script should check for
this.

Note also that the regular inetd may be replaced by rlinetd, which uses
/etc/rlinetd.conf instead of /etc/inetd.conf.
