There are many txt items in Lenny help what don't work with Yelp. I found out this items have txt extension at the end of file name (name.txt). By clicking on these item the Yelp immediately make fall down without no warning. These items are: Debian Constitution, Debian Mailing List, How to report bug in Debian, The Debian Manifesto, The Debian Socian Contract and the Debian Free Software Guidelines. All these items are on the first page. I didn't have research more pages, but I expect more bad items in the help system. Moreover I found some file text ziped file in section development `A description how to use and modify lipng (version 1.2.X) file:///usr/share/doc/libpng12-0/libpng-1.2.27.txt.gz This file doesn't work with help too.
