Package: screen
Version: 4.0.3-0.3+b1
Severity: minor

Hello Adam,

If I start mc under rxvt, mc resizes itself every time I maximize the
rxvt window. Shell commands and exiting from mc clears the screen
properly.

When I start mc under screen under rxvt, mc doesn't resize itself on
maximizing. Pressing maximize / unmaximize several times leads to
interesting effects. Also, doing "echo a" in mc after maximizing, or
exiting from mc clears only the part of the screen.

I've seen similar issues using kermit under screen under rxvt, where
kermit is connected to bash on another system. After the window is
resized, the remote bash doesn't handle long commands properly any more.
Although in this case, I'm not sure whether fixing this over the
terminal is possible.

Thanks in advance,
