Umh... Usually, CPAN versions of the form w.xx_yy means it is not a formal version yet, just a snapshot towards w.(xx+1). We often don't consider them for packaging. In fact, if you use the search.cpan.org, the _yy versions are ignored as well [1]. Now, this module seems to be pretty much abandoned as of late [2]. The snapshot version _16 is, in fact, two years old already. So... Does anybody oppose me packaging this?
