This is designed to be an NDIS layer for the linux kernel; all the of
NDIS drivers I'm aware of have been compiled for amd64 and i386.  Thus,
upstream has only tested them w/ x86.  For powerpc, you would have to
port it; if you decide to do that, or at least try compiling it for
powerpc, I'd love to hear what happens (I suspect you'll run into endian
problems at the very least, however).
