Package: libmesh0.6.2-dev Version: 1.6.2.dfsg-1 Severity: wishlist libMesh currently does not have upwinding in any of its examples. However, Benjamin Kirk posted an example 9 patch to the mailing list [1]. Please provide a version of example 9 with this patch.
