so the BSD people seem to be happy with the fix for 6 weeks:

Fedora has fixed it as well, they don't mention doing anthing else
than applying the BSD patch, but one might want to look the actual
patched package as well. The bug is at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=454583
As such, it might be worth NMUing with what we have.
