AFTER setting startup command line:

     29 USER="greylist"
     30 SOCKET=/var/run/milter-greylist/milter-greylist.sock
     31 DOPTIONS="-P $PIDFILE -u $USER -p $SOCKET"

DOPTIONS is set using defaults values

     45 test -f /etc/default/milter-greylist && . /etc/default/milter-greylist

/etc/default/milter-greylist is read, but DOPTIONS does not change

     66         start-stop-daemon --start --pidfile $PIDFILE --name $PNAME \
     67             $NICE --oknodo --startas $DAEMON -- $OPTIONS $DOPTIONS

milter-greylist is launched without /etc/default/milter-greylist values.
