Well, contacting the team and translator is part of the NMU process. But I think that the Spanish translation bug should be fixed *anyway* whether or not the translation is complete, that's basically the point. So, my proposal is to launch the call for translations, which will notify the Spanish translators, wait for the usual delay and then upload with whatever is received at that moment *including the es.po file* whatever its state is. Of course, given your responsiveness, I would leave that upload to you, and I would just be doing the call for translation coordination.
