Install bug-buddy to solve your issue
It appears that bug-buddy got removed because the upgrade from
gnome-core 2.14.3.6 to 2.22.2 no longer depends on it. I can install by
hand, but it seems like that dependency should still be enforced if it's
something expected by apps.
