 * We have not treated this particular violation (arch-indep in
   /usr/lib) as RC in the past, probably because it is far less
   likely to cause problems than the reverse, (i.e. arch-dep in
   /usr/share)
 * The release team might decide to treat this as RC at some
   point but I find it unlikely that they will do so now, given
   the number of RC bugs this would cause (just look at
   http://lintian.debian.org/tags/image-file-in-usr-lib.html for
   a small sample)
