Package: vim-common Version: 2:7.2.000-1 Severity: important
Hello all, vim 2:7.2.000-2 is accepted to the unstable branch, however some amd64 binary packages does not exist in repository. Most importantly vim-common is still version 2:7.2.000-1, and so vim-gtk, vim-gnome. So upgrading vim to 2:7.2.000-2 asks for removing this GUI related packages. Removing them uninstalls all the GUI functionality, with no chance to reinstall. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=tr_TR, LC_CTYPE=tr_TR (charmap=ISO-8859-9) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages vim-common depends on: ii libc6 2.7-13 GNU C Library: Shared libraries Versions of packages vim-common recommends: ii vim-tiny 2:7.2.000-1 Vi IMproved - enhanced vi editor - vim-common suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
