While investigating #462332, I noticed that librarian0 is suffering from a
problem that has been fixed upstream.

How to reproduce:
- "gdb /usr/bin/yelp"
- "run info:gcc"
- Observe a segfault, similar to this:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
[Switching to Thread 0x2b19302441b0 (LWP 22138)]
        0x00002b1927807d52 in rrn_info_find_from_uri () from
/usr/lib/librarian.so.0

How to fix:
- Apply the patch from https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15274
