I know what the problem is! I'm using the libav* (ffmpeg libraries) from www.debian-multimedia.org.
I tried downgrading the libraries to use the official ones but it didn't solved my problem since those libraries doesn't have the codecs I need :( All I can do is wait until the libraries from debian-multimedia get fixed.
