I've been playing this game for a while under the previous 1.6.0 version. I recently upgraded to 1.8.0-1 and noticed that several new bugs that I didn't see before are present. In fact, they were so obvious that I saw them immediately during my first game. The bugs I have noticed are shown below. Irritatingly, they come and go during the game in some cases, so it may be difficult to track them down. * The most prominent bug of all concerns player selection after you have sold a player. In some cases, the game only partly recognises that you have sold the player. The player does not appear on the player list, but can you found by right-clicking on a specific player who does not share the same name. In some cases, this issue can result in sold players being able to play in the team and even score goals. They can also be sold again for additional profit. The second sale normally fixes the problem. In addition, all the other available players are normally shifted one position down on the list, making the final player unselectable. Suffice to say, this bug seriously hampers team selection. * A less serious bug relating to the same issue is that sold players often still exist on the player list. Clicking on them seems to result in them disappearing. * This is a less obvious bug, but I saw the fixture list repeating a set of games at the end of the season. These fixtures were based on those held a week or two before. * Most annoyingly of all, I was given a target to finish eighth or higher in the league. So after finishing third in the league, I was fired for not achieving my objectives!!!!!
