I am also experiencing the same bug. Except mine tells me that it has 5 packages to update: bwidget, checkpolicy, setools, tcl8.4, and tk8.4 Checkpolicy and setools are recommended by selinux-policy-refpolicy-target but nothing recommends bwidget, tcl8,4 or tk8.4.
