As I've mentioned in the first message, IMO this is of severity normal (or minor). It only affects only users that manually selected the default runlevel 4 and thus a low impact. Since the fix is trivial I'm quite confident that it will be accepted with any future upload for lenny (before the release or for any security releted issue).
