Hi,
the current version fails to build on GNU/kFreeBSD with g++-4.3.
It tries to call "C" functions calloc(), free(),
but there is no corresponding header included.
Please add "#include <cstdlib>" to the top of the file src/unicode.cpp.
It would also be nice if you can ask upstream
to include this change.
