I have upgraded my box to last version of mc - 4.6.2~git20080311-3 for testing. As tests result, I want report what internal editor "Choose codepage" function does not work (there are no codepage translation at all, as I understand). In other hand, same function of internal _viewer_ works fine.
I use "LANG=ru_RU.koi8-r" in my terminal and file with text in CP1251 codepage.
